KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: April 16`n, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve the Master Services Agreement between <br />KCSO and 4Sight Labs. <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Master Services Agreement is to allow KCSO to <br />purchase equipment from 4Sight Labs for the jail to have the ability to further monitor <br />the health, safety, and wellbeing of those housed in our facility by having the ability to <br />view and monitor the vitals of the inmate wearing the device. Risk Pool has offered to <br />cover the initial equipment purchase and first year services. Subsequent years will be <br />covered by inmate welfare. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved this amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to approve the Master Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and 4Sight Labs <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO. <br />LEAD STAFF: Lieutenant Ed Buntin <br />
