KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: March 5, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Award the Bid <br />to furnish Maintenance Rock Materials for Calendar <br />Year 2024. <br />BACKGROUND: Annually, Kittitas County Public Works solicits <br />bids for the furnishing of Maintenance Rock <br />Materials in accordance with specifications. Notice <br />of Call for Sealed Bids are published in the local <br />newspaper of record and posted on the County <br />website. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Bids were opened on February 22, 2024, at 2:00 <br />p.m. in the Public Works Department. <br />One bid was received and deemed responsive. <br />Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Move to approve Resolution to Award the Bid to <br />furnish Maintenance Rock Materials for Calendar <br />Year 2024 to Ellensburg Cement Products. <br />HANDLING: Return one (1) original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; Bid Tab <br />LEAD STAFF: Josh Fredrickson, County Engineer <br />
