BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT A <br />WITH FRIENDS IN SERVICE TO HUMANITY AGREEMENT 2021-2022 CDBG-SR <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-_____ <br />Whereas, Kittitas County and Washington State Department of Commerce entered into an <br />agreement via Resolution 2022-045 for CDBG Public Services Grant 21-62210-030 <br />to aid Friends in Service to Humanity (FISH-Ellensburg) with the Food Bank and <br />Food Pantry Expansion; and <br />Whereas, Washington State Department of Commerce has provided Amendment Number A <br />to amend Contract Number 21-62210-030 to replace special terms and conditions <br />#3 acknowledgement of federal funding and add special terms and conditions #21 <br />Build America, Buy America requirements; and <br />Whereas, Kittitas County signed subrecipient agreement 2021 -2022 CDBG-SR with Friends <br />in Service to Humanity (FISH) to accomplish the scope of service and objectives of <br />the local CDBG Project – Food Bank and Food Bank Expansion; and <br />Whereas, A correction in language regarding the county administrative fee is needed, and <br />Whereas, An amendment is required to update the subrecipient agreement with FISH, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />authorizes the execution of Amendment A with FISH Agreement 2021-2022 CDBG-SR <br /> <br /> APPROVED, this 6th day of February 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Page 1 of 2
