KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Solid Waste Department <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: 02-06-2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards Signatures on a Professional Service Agreement with <br />Safety Kleen for used oil and antifreeze recycling services. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County had a contract with Safety Kleen for years and after <br />bids were opened January 5th at 4:00pm they were apparent low <br />bidder on Receiving and Recycling of Used Oil and Antifreeze. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved the Professional <br />Service Agreement <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Professional Service Agreement with Safety Kleen for <br />receiving and recycling of used oil and antifreeze. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – Solid Waste <br /> Copy – Prosecutor <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: 2024 Safety Kleen PSA <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Doug Laurent- Household and Hazardous Waste Coordinator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
