Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />February 6, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Director on the DSHS DDD Services Agreement Amendment 1. (Effective date: 07/01/2023- <br />06/30/2024) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Funding for Kittitas County Developmental Disabilities programs including job foundations, <br />program administration, other consumer supports, and direct client services via subcontractors <br />for Medicaid funds. The amendment increases funds for the program. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on January 16, 2024. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on January 19, 2024 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Director on the DSHS DDD Services Agreement Amendment 1.
