KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, October 3, 2023 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Modification P00009 between the <br />Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office to extend the <br />period of performance from 05/01/2023 through 04/30/2024 to 05/01/2024 to <br />04/30/2025. <br />BACKGROUND: This Modification P00009 with Bureau of Land Management is to <br />exercise Option Period (4) and extend the period of performance for one year from <br />05/01/2023 to 04/30/2024 to 05/01/2024 through 04/30/2025. Increased in the amount of <br />$25,000.00. As a result of this modification the value of this purchase order is increased <br />by $25,000; from $101,899.00 to $126,899.00. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge Modification P00009 between the <br />Bureau of Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office to extend the <br />period of performance from 05/01/2023 through 04/30/2024 to 05/01/2024 to <br />04/30/2025. <br />HANDLING: No handling <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
