<br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION <br />STAFF REPORTAGENDA DATE:October 3, 2023 <br />ACTION REQUESTED:BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the KZ Freehold Long Plat (LPF-23-00005& LL-21-00002). <br />BACKGROUND:The KZ FreeholdLarge Lot Plat was approved administratively on May 12, 2022with findings of Fact and conclusions of law as required by KCC 16.36 and KCC 16.12. The plat covers approximately162.41 acres accessed via Wilson Creek Road.The applicant submitted thefinal plat application on August 4, 2023, requesting final mylar approval for theKZ Freehold Large LotPlat.This Plat creates seven (7) 20 acre lots and one (1) 24 acre lot with access via a private road off Wilson Creek Road. Staff reviewed the final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br />INTERACTION:Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION:Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval ofthe KZ Freehold Large LotPlat (LPF-23-00005 & LL-21-00002).HANDLING:Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer signature and recording. <br />ATTACHMENTS:Final mylarfor KZ Freehold(LPF-23-00005 & LP-21-00002) <br />LEAD STAFF:Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager
