<br /> <br />Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be received by the Kittitas County Commissioners office located at 205 W 5th Ave, Suite 108, Ellensburg, WA 98926 until 11:00:59 A.M. Pacific Time on August 21, 2023, and there publicly opened and read. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Upper Courthouse Parking Lot project is a State and locally funded project that consists of areas of parking lot reconstruction, paving, fog sealing, utility adjustments, demolition, pavement markings, curbs and sidewalks and other work.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available for electronic download at www.questcdn.com. Insert the eBidDoc #8604033 to download the digital documents for $22.00. Plans, specifications, and bid documents are also available at the office of SCJ Alliance, in Wenatchee at 25 North Wenatchee Avenue, Ste. 238, Wenatchee, WA 98801 upon payment of $50.00.  Contract documents are on file for inspection at the Kittitas County Commissioner’s Office. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany all bids.  All bids shall be marked “SEALED BID FOR Upper Courthouse Parking Lot”, on the outside of the envelope. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL, and the total price shall be used for comparison of bids. The Kittitas County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for cause. Time for completion of the work is limited to 25 working days. The engineer’s estimated range for this project is $75,000 to $125,000. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Kittitas County is an equal opportunity employer.
