BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2023-__________ <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO ALL OW KITTITAS VALLEY EVENT CENTER TO FORGIVE <br />$1,288.53 IN UNCOLLECTIBLE DEBT <br /> <br />WHEREAS: On behalf of the Kittitas Valley Event Center Director, the KVEC Fiscal Tech III <br />tracks and issues monthly statements for monies owed; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS: unpaid debts are sent to Evergreen Financial Services, Inc. for collection after 90 to <br />120 days of no payment; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS: the Kittitas Valley Event Center has reviewed the June 22, 2023 report from <br />Evergreen Financial Services, which has found the following accounts to be <br />uncollectible: <br /> <br />KVEC 10/10/2017 Corianne Ulrich Returned Uncollectible $861.43 <br />KVEC 4/12/2016 Jacoby Sampson Returned Uncollectible $331.58 <br />KVEC 12/8/2016 Elizabeth Lopez Returned Uncollectible $95.52 <br /> TOTAL $1,288.53 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration, does hereby forgive the unpaid debts as listed above in the amount of $1,288.53 <br />payable to the Kittitas Valley Event Center. <br /> <br />DATED this ______________ day of _____________________, 2023, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br />ATTEST: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />_________________________________ <br />☐ Clerk of the Board _______________________________________ <br />☐ Deputy Clerk of the Board Chairman <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Vice-Chairman <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Commissioner <br />
