JULY 3, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright, Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Chris Horner, DPA <br />III. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:32 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />an Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency, for 10 minutes. Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2023-107 LEGAL DEFENSE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:42 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Resolution No. 2023-107, A <br />Resolution Approving Kittitas County Code Chapter 2.73 Requests for <br />Legal Defense In Kittitas County Superior Court Cause No. 23-2- <br />0014819. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
