<br />2.08.010 Upper - Lower justice court districts designated.
<br />Kittitas County shall be divided into two district court districts, one of which shall comprise the
<br />following voting precincts:
<br />Hyak, Easton, Mountain, Ronald, all Roslyn precincts, Roslyn Outlying, all Cle Elum precincts, Kachess,
<br />South Cle Elum, Peoh Point, Swauk, Teanaway, and Westside
<br />and shall be named the Upper Kittitas County District Court. The other district court district shall
<br />comprise the remaining voting precincts:
<br />Damman, Dry Creek, East Sanders, Thorp, Manastash, Ridgeway, North Central, North Ellensburg,
<br />South Ellensburg, Denmark, all Ellensburg precincts, Fairview, Northeast Fairview, Park, Vantage, all
<br />Kittitas precincts, Sanders, and Thrall
<br />and shall be named the Lower Kittitas County District Court. (Ord. 2011-014, 2011; Ord. 2005-21,

<br />Voting precincts described.
<br />The precincts as described below are the voting precincts for Kittitas County: Precinct Number, Precinct
<br />Name, Boundary Description and County Commissioner District:
<br />001 Cle Elum 1 voting precinct:
<br />Beginning at the NW corner of Section 26, T20N, R15E, thence east following city limits to where the city
<br />limits connect with Airport Rd, thence south and west, continuing to follow city limits to where the city limits
<br />meet the Yakima River in Section 35, T20N, R15E, thence following the Yakima River west to the section
<br />line/extension of Billings Rd, thence following Billings Rd extension north to W. 3rd St, thence west along W.
<br />3rd St to Stafford St, thence north on Stafford St and then the extension of Stafford St to W. 6th St, thence east
<br />on W. 6th St to the section line of Section 26, T20N, R15E, thence north on said section line to the NW corner
<br />of said section, being the point of beginning. CC2

<br />004 Cle Elum 4 voting precinct:
<br />Beginning at the east end of Madison St, being the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of Section 34, T20N, R15E, thence
<br />west along Madison St to the city boundary, being South Cle Elum Way, thence north on South Cle Elum
<br />Way, following Cle Elum city limits northerly then westerly to the Interstate 90/Bullfrog Rd intersection,
<br />thence following Bullfrog Rd northerly, being the city limits, to the west city limits, thence continuing to
<br />follow city limits east to the NW corner of Section 26, T20N, R15E, thence south along said section line to
<br />where the section line meets W. 6th St, thence west along W. 6th St to the extension of Stafford St,, thence
<br />south on Stafford St to W. 3rd St, thence east on W. 3rd St to Billings Ave, thence south on Billings Ave,
<br />continuing on the extension of Billings Ave to the Yakima River, thence following the Yakima River to the
<br />section line of Section 26, thence west to the NW corner of Section 35, T20N, R15E, thence south to Madison
