NOVEMBER 29, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chair Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Emily Smith, Administrative Assistance; Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING 90-DAY REVIEW COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 2:03 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz called a Special Meeting to order for <br />a quarterly review with Phil Backlund.
