NOVEMBER 21, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant; Greg Zempel, Prosecuting Attorney; Brian Carlson, Budget <br />and Finance Director; and Christopher Horner, Deputy Prosecutor <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil <br />Backlund, for a monthly check-in update. <br /> <br />Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed good news and 90-day rocks. There was discussion <br />on how the work with the Management Team has been going. <br /> <br />REQUEST ARPA FUNDING/HAPPY FEET COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />There was discussion regarding requests for ARPA grant funds.
