<br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION DATE: December 20, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Stanavich Agriculture <br />Plat (LPF-22-00008 & SE-21-00022) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Stanavich Preliminary Plat was originally approved on May 31, 2022 by the <br />Kittitas County Hearing Examiner (LP-21-00003). The proposal has been reviewed <br />for consistency with this SEPA MDNS (SE-21-00022). This proposal is for an <br />agricultural long plat with four (4) buildable parcels and one (1) open space parcel <br />out of 81 acres of Agriculture 20 zoned land within the Rural Working land use <br />designation. The subject property is located approximately 6 miles north of the <br />City of Ellensburg, along Smithson Road, in the northern half of the northwest <br />quarter of Section 35, Township 19, Range 18, bearing Assessor’s Map numbers <br />19-18-35020-0001 and 19-18-35020-0003. <br /> <br />A final plat application was submitted by Chris Cruse, surveyor for the applicant, <br />on November 18, 2022 requesting final mylar approval for the Stanavich <br />Agriculture Plat. Due to necessary changes, the final mylars were returned and <br />then resubmitted on December 13, 2022. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with <br />supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary <br />approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed in <br />conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16.
