KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AIRPORT DEPARTMENT <br />November 17, 2022 AGENDA <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: November 17, 2022 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: TO REQUEST BOARD SIGNATURE FOR AN <br />APPROVAL LETTER FOR BLACKBIRD WRAPS <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Blackbird Wraps is requesting to build a lein to next to the <br />office space that they are leasing from Centerfuse. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: In order for Blackbird to start the building of their lein to, <br />there needs to be a signed approval from the <br />commissioners. This is because Centerfuse is leasing the <br />land from the county that blackbird plans to build on. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: BoCC, Centerfuse, Blackbird <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: To sign the approval letter for Blackbird <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one original to the Airport. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Staff Report, building plans, approval letter <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: David Ohl <br />Airport Director
