The amendments to KCC 2.68 would move the Fire Marshal’s Office into the <br />Sheriff’s Office. The amendments would also reflect that building inspections is within and <br />supervised by Community Development Services. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Sheriff’s Office, Prosecutor’s <br />Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Board of Commissioners set the public hearing for Tuesday, <br />October 18, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Auditorium. <br /> <br />HANDLING: None <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Ordinance Amending KCC 2.68 <br />Proposed amendments to KCC 2.68 <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director
