<br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 4, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing to consider the Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) Contract No. 21- <br />62210-008 Closeout Performance Report for the project <br />end date June 30, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: As part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) <br />Closeout Report for Contract No. 21-62210-008, the Board of <br />County Commissioners are to hold a final Public Hearing to review <br />and assess project performance. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Dora Van Epps, Fiscal Analyst, has been in contact with <br />Department of Commerce and have communicated when the <br />proposed Public Hearing will be held to consider the Closeout <br />Performance report. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. <br />to be held in the Commissioners Auditorium and via Webex to <br />consider the CDBG Closeout Report for Contract No. 21-62210- <br />008. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 – Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 – Auditor’s office <br /> 1 – HopeSource <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jerry Pettit, Auditor <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board <br /> <br />
