KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 20, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing to consider a Commercial Lease with <br />Margo Cordner d/b/a Lunch Box Café. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The current amendment to the Commercial Lease between <br />Kittitas County and Margo Cordner d/b/a Lunch Box Café <br />is scheduled to expire at the end of October 2022. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Deputy Prosecutor Neil Caulkins has drafted a proposed <br />Commercial Lease Agreement to consider at a Public <br />Hearing. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for Tuesday October 4, 2022, at 2:00 <br />p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium and to authorize the <br />Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> <br />HANDLING: BOCC Staff to send the legal notice to the Daily Record, <br />Margo Cordner, and CDS. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Legal Notice <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, CDS Director <br /> Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor <br /> Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br /> Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board
