Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682 <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 16, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Yellowstone Trail Estates <br />Final Long Plat (LPF-22-00005). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Yellowstone Trail Estates Preliminary Long Plat (LP-09-00006) was originally <br />approved on August 17, 2010 under Resolution 2010-087. The applicant applied for <br />and was granted 5 one-year extensions to the original expiration date of August 17, <br />2017. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted a final plat application on August 5, 2022 requesting final <br />mylar approval for the Yellowstone Trail Estates Plat. This plat encompasses parcel <br />numbers 147835, 317835 and 357935 to create 27 residential lots ranging in size <br />from 6,000 square-feet to 13,500 square-feet and one open space tract. Staff has <br />reviewed the final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent <br />with the preliminary approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been <br />processed in conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16. The mylar has been <br />reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public <br />Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of Yellowstone Trail <br />Estates Final Long Plat (LPF-22-00005). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Yellowstone Trail Estates Final Long Plat (LPF-22-00005). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Rachael Stevie, Community Development Services Planner I
