Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />August 2, 0222 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approve the signature of the Public Health Director on the <br />Amendment to the University of Washington Nexus Amendment. (Effective Date: 9/30/2020- <br />9/29/2022). <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The amendment is established to allow KCPHD to access previous guaranteed rollover funds for <br />the projects first program year. Previous contract error did not allow for this. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 25, 2022 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 26, 2022 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approve the signature of the Public Health Director on the <br />Amendment to the University of Washington Nexus Amendment.
