JULY 18, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Cory Wright; Commissioner Brett <br />Wachsmith. Excused – Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Jeanne <br />Killgore, HR Rep and Candie Leader, Administrative Supervisor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending July 15, 2022. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-142 CITY OF ROSLYN PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board <br />signature on Resolution No. 2022-142, a Resolution Authorizing an <br />Additional $250,000 of 2022 Fund 108 (Distressed County Sales and <br />Use Tax) Funding for Construction Stormwater System Improvements in <br />the City of Roslyn, WA. Vice-Chairman Wright seconded. There was <br />discussion of no additional funds going towards Roslyn for 2023 and <br />to encourage them to not apply. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />At 9:06 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess <br />into an Executive Session for 5 minutes with Jeanne Killgore to <br />evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment or <br />to review the performance of a public employee.
