<br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br /> STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022- ____ <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO SET MINIMUM LEASE PRICE FOR COUNTY PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 830 NORTH POPLAR STREET, ELLENSBURG. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County purchased the property at 830 North Poplar Street <br />Ellensburg, WA in March of 2015; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County has determined that the building needs extensive repairs to <br />the Mechanical and Electrical systems along with other major repairs and not in the best <br />interest of the County itself to make these repair; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County has decided to set the minimum price that the property can <br />be lease for at $.16/sqft per year for the ground only for tax parcel 183734, 193734 and <br />043734 and with all repairs and updates to the building to be the responsibility of the <br />lessee; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of County Commissioners <br />agree to set the minimum price that the property will be leased at $.16/sqft per year. <br /> <br /> <br />DATED THIS _____ day of July 2022 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br />________________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz - Chairman <br /> <br />________________________________________ <br /> Cory Wright - Vice Chairman <br /> <br />________________________________________ <br /> Brett Wachsmith- Commissioner <br /> <br />ATTEST:
