KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 19, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Kittitas County <br />Sheriff’s Office to Purchase 1 Year Service Contract From Smiths Detection <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office had previously purchased a Smiths <br />Detection body scanner via Command Sourcing with a one-year extended service plan. The <br />service plan is coming to an end and we would like to purchase an additional service year for <br />$12,084. <br />INTERACTION: This interagency agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas <br />County Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Kittitas County <br />Sheriff’s Office to Purchase 1 Year Service Contract From Smiths Detection <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
