<br />SPECIAL MEETING BUDGET RETREAT COMMISSIONERS
<br />
<br />At 8:30 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting for the
<br />annual budget retreat and thanked everyone for attending this year.
<br />
<br />Brian Carlson, Budget & Finance Director reviewed the Retreat
<br />Agenda, Statues, Code & Formalities for County Budgeting; Roles and
<br />Expectations for the Board, Other Elected Officials and Department
<br />Heads appointed by the Board. He reviewed the 2023 Process and
<br />Schedule as well as the number of meetings and duration of them for
<br />this Fall with Management Team/Families. He discussed mid-year
<br />budget revisions, process and purpose is. Director Carlson reviewed
<br />his goals for the County and his methods and then opened the floor
<br />to BoCC/Management Team feedback.
