<br />2022-06-27 Minutes 1 Information Technology <br />Commissioners’ Minutes <br />Kittitas County, Washington <br />Commissioners’ Conference Room <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Monday 11:00 AM June 27, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chair Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chair Cory Wright, Commissioner Brett Wachsmith <br /> <br />Others present: IT Director Jim Goeben <br /> <br />Regular Meeting Information Technology <br />Meeting called to order at 11:03 AM. <br /> <br />Request Discussion and Direction on Information Collected in the IT Service Request System <br />There was discussion about the data IT staff enters into the service request system, collected by other <br />central services, and collected by other departments. The board directed Mr. Goeben to return with a <br />recommendation on which data should be collected in the service request system under what <br />circumstances. The board will continue the discussion with IT and other department heads. <br /> <br />Request Discussion and Direction on Time Reporting <br />There was discussion of the board’s expectations for time and attendance recording procedures for <br />department heads and other exempt employees.
