Dede Utley second. All approved. Motion 04-01 carried to amend today’s agenda to move second bullet <br />point under other business, community health workers in Kittitas County, to the top of the meeting and to add <br />an executive session after that. <br /> <br /> <br />Community Health Workers in Kittitas County <br /> <br />Robin Reed in partnership with KCPHD presented an appreciation award to Teodora Moreno and Fatima Andra ca, <br />Promotoras de Salud, for all of the work they have done during COVID-19 response. <br />Stephanie Wickstrom, Executive Director of Apoyo, gave an appreciation speech regarding the work that Teodora <br />and Fatima have done. <br /> <br />Questions and discussion regarding the continuation of the work that Teodora and Fatima have been doing with <br />the Spanish speaking community in Kittitas County. <br /> <br />Executive Session <br /> <br />At 10:15am, BOH Chair Osiadacz opened up a special meeting and announced the Board would go into Executive <br />Session to start for 15 minutes, under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation <br />or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. No action is anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:30am, BOH Chair Osiadacz announced that the Board would go back into Executive Session for another 15 <br />minutes, under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
