BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - I A"T <br />AUTHORIZING THE SELECTION OF KPG PSOMAS FOR SUPPORTING CryILAND <br />STRUCTURAL DESIGN FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF BRIDGE #07101 LIBERTY <br />ROAD OVDR SWAUK CREEK AND AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORIG <br />DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A LOCAL AGENCY A & E <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT F'OR THE SAME - CRP #306-2I. <br />WHEREAS:Kittitas County Public Works advertised a Request for Statement of <br />Qualifications Supporting Civil and Structural Design for the Replacement of <br />Bridge #07101Liberty Road over Swauk Creek; and <br />WHEREAS: Submittals were due by May 26,2022,at 5:00pm; and <br />WHEREAS: Three (3) qualified firms submitted qualifications for review; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works reviewed the submittals and recommends KPG Psomas as the <br />selected firm; and <br />NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby select KPG Psomas for supporting civil and <br />structural design for the replacement of Bridge #07101Liberty Road over Swauk <br />Creek, and authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute a Local <br />Agency A & E Professional Services Agreement for the same, CRP 306-21. <br />DATED on this 21st day of June 2022, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />lll <br />BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />gO MMlgo"'t4.,".."."/o. z, <br />" /,<\ -,.. \'A '. <br />". lo t- <br />COTJNTY , WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />-{ <br />the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />/Ijtilt11ll\\ <br />!
