BOARD OF COLI-NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COT]NTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No. Ao AA-lAb <br />AUTIIORIZING THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SIGNATURE ON THE <br />F'ERGUSON GROUP PROF'ESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br />WHEREAS:The Ferguson Group (TFG) has been providing professional services to the <br />Board of County Commissioners since June 2020, supporting federal grant <br />award activities; and <br />WHEREAS:Congressionally Directed Spending requests retumed during the 2021federal <br />legislative season; and <br />WHEREAS:The Board of County Commissioners has profited from the relationship with <br />TFG and desires continuing contracting for federal grant support activities; and <br />WHEREAS:The proposed contract amendment secures two years of service and expands <br />existing federal grant support activities including ongoing support responding <br />to Congressionally Directed Spending requests; <br />NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: The Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration, does hereby authorize the Board of County Commissioners signature on the <br />Professional Services Agreement Amendment with TFG. <br />DATED this 7th day June of 2022, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COLINTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />ABSENTBoard- Julie Kjorsvik <br />/lrtililtrr\\\ <br />tr Deputy plerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Cory Wright, Vice-Chairman <br />ard)' <br />w Commissioner
