BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2022________ <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LEASE EXECUTION BETWEEN KITTITAS <br />COUNTY AND CENTERFUSE <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The county Airport Department has leased office space from Centerfuse <br /> since January of 2021: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: the Airport Department has been asked to trade spaces with Blackbird <br /> Wraps to encourage business growth at the airport: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Centerfuse has prepared a new lease commencing on July 1. 2022, replacing <br /> the existing lease, for a term expiring on April 30, 2023:and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: at a public agenda session the Board of County Commissioners determined it <br /> to be in the public’s best interest to enter into a lease agreement with <br /> Cetnerfuse for office space for the county’s Airport Department. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Kittitas County Board of <br /> Commissioners authorizes the execution of a lease for office space between <br /> the county and Centerfuse and Authorized the Airport Director to sign and <br /> execute any other documents necessary to carry out the transaction. <br /> <br /> DATED this ______ day of __________, 2022, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> Chairman <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Vice Chairman
