KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 19, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing for May 3, 2022 amending Kittitas <br />County Code Chapter 2.04.010. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners Office Staff has received <br />requests from CDS Director Carlson and Event Center Director <br />Porterfield asking to have updates made to their Study Session <br />day/time. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Staff notified both Director Porterfield and Director Carlson that <br />the process had begun to make their desired changes to KCC <br />2.04.010 and that I would be setting a date of 5/3/2022 to set the <br />Public Hearing to Amend KCC 2.04.010. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for May 3, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. to consider <br />amending KCC 2.04.010. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 - Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 – BoCC Staff to Publish & Post <br /> 1 CDS & KVEC <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Legal Notice <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor <br /> <br /> <br />
