MARCH 28, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Taylor Crouch, <br />Admin Asst.; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and one member of <br />the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 25, 2022. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT DDAC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to appoint Justin Grindrod, to the <br />Kittitas County Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee, for a <br />term effective immediately and to expire on 12/31/2022, noting that <br />he is completing a former members term. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. (Commissioner Wachsmith abstained). <br /> <br />RATIFY LETTER – STATE AUDITOR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve & ratify the Chair’s signature <br />on a letter to the Washington State Auditor’s Office dated <br />3/24/2022. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />
