Kittitas County <br />Auditor <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />3/15/2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request Board to approve and sign 2 amendments to 2021 Law & Justice agreements for the extension of <br />the agreement through October 31, 2022. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On December 7, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners adopted resolution 2021-188 approving the <br />extension of Law & Justice Agreements for grant numbers 21-10 with Kittitas County Event Center and 21- <br />01 with Kittitas County Public Health to October 31, 2022. The agencies have returned the agreements <br />which are ready for Board approval and signature. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend Board approve and sign 2 amendments to 2021 Law & Justice agreements for the extension of <br />the agreement through October 31, 2022. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Please send an electronic signed copy, Auditor's Office will email a copy to each agency. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Jerry Pettit <br />
