Kittitas County <br />Auditor <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />3/15/2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board to approve and sign all the agreements (9 total) with agencies awarded the law & Justice grant <br />funds for 2022. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On December 7, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2021-188 awarding the Law <br />& Justice grant funds for 2022. <br /> <br />The following recipients have returned their contracts, which are ready for Board approval and signature. <br /> <br />Agency Award # Total Award <br /> <br />Kittitas Police Department 22-02 $3,3330.31 <br />Kittitas County Jail 22-03 $4,490.00 <br />Kittitas County Sheriff 22-04 $11,500.00 <br />Kittitas Co Fire Dist #1 22-06 $750.00 <br />Kittitas County Sheriff 22-07 $4,750.00 <br />Kittitas County Jail 22-08 $963.00 <br />Youth Services of Kittitas Co 22-09 $5,000.00 <br />CWU Police and Public Safety 22-10 $2,400.00 <br />Hopesource 22-11 $2,500.00 <br /> <br />The contracts expire October 31, 2022, with all reimbursements submitted by November 27, 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend the Board to approve and sign all the agreements (9 total) with agencies awarded the law & <br />Justice grant funds for 2022. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />Please send an electronic signed copy, Auditor's office will email a copy to each agency. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Jerry Pettit <br />
