KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, February 15, 2022 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Ellensburg Family Medicine <br />DBA Compass Direct Healthcare updated list of services for pre-employment screening. <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Sheriff's Office is in an agreement with Ellensburg <br />Family Medicine DBA Compass Direct Healthcare to conduct pre-employment medical <br />screening for employment. On 12/21/21 the Board of County Commissioners approved <br />such agreement to include Exhibit B price list. On 02/01/22 the services provided in <br />Exhibit B have since been revised. See 02/01/22 updated price list. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Ellensburg Family Medicine <br />DBA Compass Direct Healthcare update list of services for pre-employment screening. <br />HANDLING: No handling <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
