After December 31, all but 4 employees had completed the training. To
avoid this late year training in the future, IT has corrected KnowBe4 to enroll all users the second week
of January and as hired throughout the year; they have 4 weeks to complete the training, and when past
due they and their managers get weekly reminders. Already over 40% of users have completed the
training for 2022. Judge Sander has waived the annual security training requirement for himself and
Commissioner Ellis.
