KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 4, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract HH-2020-001-HopeSource between HopeSource and Kittitas County from 1/1/20-12/31/24 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Homeless and Affordable Housing Committee (HAHC) received a request from HopeSource during the special meeting held December 3rd, 2021. HopeSource SSAP program, which <br />this grant funds, helps Senior’s meeting qualification to help pay rent. The budget increase will allow the program to add 18 more participants. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: During the special scheduled meeting of the HAHC on 12-3-21, the committee reviewed the application submitted by HopeSource. The committee voted unanimously to approve and <br />recommend the amendment to the BOCC. Contract approved by DPA Mitchell.
