_This Agreement is made by and between Kiftibs County (hereinafter the Count/) <br />and Schuknechfs Polygraph Seruice (hereinafter 'Contnac.tof). The County and <br />Gonbactor agree as fullornrs: <br />Genenal Conditions; Exhibit A (Scope of Work): Exhibit B (Compensation): <br />Elthibit C (Proof of lnsurance). <br />copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reErence as fully as if <br />setforh herein. <br />The term of this Agreement shall oommenoe January 1,2022 and continue until <br />December 31, 2022. Any party may terminate this Agreement by giving thifty (30) <br />days'notice in witing either personally delivered or mailed postage-prepaid by certifieO <br />mail, retum receipt requested, to the party's last known address for the purposes of giving <br />notice under this panagnaph. <br />Contrac'tor acknowledges and by signing this Agreement agrees that the <br />lndemniftcation prcvisions set forfr in Paragnaphs 7 (lndependent Contac{or), 9 (Iaxes),1!
