Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 7, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of an Ordinance Adopting the Kittitas County Capital <br />Improvement Program for the Planning Period 2022-2027 <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners held a public <br />hearing on November 29, 2021 to consider the Kittitas County Capital <br />Improvement Program (CIP) for the Planning Period 2022-2027. At the <br />public hearing, the Board of County Commissioners considered public <br />testimony, approved the proposed CIP, and directed staff to prepare <br />enabling documents. The attached ordinance would formally adopt the <br />CIP. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Community Development Services, Public Works, Airport Department, <br />Event Center, Sheriff’s Office, Public Health Department, Facilities <br />Maintenance, and Board of County Commissioners. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the ordinance adopting the Kittitas County Capital Improvement <br />Program for the 2022-2027 planning period. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Enabling Ordinance <br /> Kittitas County Capital Improvement Program for the 2022-2027 Planning <br />Period <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Bridget Pechtel, Long Range Planner
