Assistant; Carly <br />Brettmann, Communications Director; Amy Cziske, County Treasurer; <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Director; Sue Higginbotham, Chief <br />Administrator; and one member of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending November 19, 2021. <br /> <br />LETTER COUNTY EMPLOYEE BENEFITS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on a letter to County Employees regarding the recent County Medical <br />Changes as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. Chairman <br />Wachsmith stated that he would send it out to all County Employees. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2021-179 SOLID WASTE FUND TRANSFER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2021-179, <br />Resolution to Authorize a Loan in the amount of up to $500,000 to <br />fund 401 Solid Waste Fund from Fund 304 New Courthouse Capital
