<br />2019-12-18 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />FINANCE STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 108 - ELLENSBURG <br />Special Meeting <br /> <br />THURSDAY 1:30 PM July 16, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith, and <br />Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Jerry Pettit, County Auditor; Amy Cziske, County Treasurer; Judy Pless, Budget and <br />Finance Manager; Kay Kresge, Fiscal Analyst; Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; and <br />Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant. <br />Called the special meeting to order at 1:30 p m for the monthly finance meeting. <br />The Board approved the Amendment No.1 between Hope Source and Kittitas County for Census <br />Services. The Board acknowledged and approved HopeSource final report for Census Services, <br />authorizing final payment on contract. Commissioner Wachsmith made the m otion to approve <br />the contract and approve p ayment, seconded by Commissioner Osiadacz, motion approved. <br />Kay Kresge presented 2019 Capital Assets and Commissioner Wachsmith made a motio n to <br />accept the 2019 Cap ital Asset Rep ort and to approve and the Board to sign the Certification of <br />the County ’s Capital Assets, seconded by Commissioner Osiad acz, motion approved. <br />Judy Pless presented 2019 Y ear End reports and 2020 Budget Reports. <br />Meeting adjourned at 2:23 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager Cory Wright, Chairman <br />
