<br /> <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT #1 <br />TO <br />CONTRACT #010720-AXN <br /> <br /> <br />THIS AMENDMENT is by and between Sourcewell and Axon Enterprise Inc. (Vendor). <br /> <br />Vendor was awarded a Sourcewell Contract for Public Safety Video Surveillance Solutions with <br />Related Equipment, Software and Accessories effective February 25, 2020, through February <br />21, 2024, relating to the provision of services by Vendor and to Sourcewell and its Members <br />(Original Agreement). <br /> <br />The parties agree that certain terms within the Original Agreement will be updated and <br />amended and only to the extent as hereunder provided. <br /> <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF the mutual covenants and agreements described in this Amendment, <br />the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Amendment is effective upon the date of the last signature below. <br /> <br />2. Vendor has updated its Master Services and Purchasing Agreement to Version 9.0, <br />dated 4/17/20.
