The proposed update will bring the existing regulations, dating to 1994, <br />into compliance with current Washington State regulations and Best Available <br />Science. <br /> <br /> A Planning Commission virtual public hearing is scheduled for October 12, 2021 at <br />6:00 p.m. to consider the proposed updates. A staff report containing staff <br />recommendations and Planning Commission recommendations, along with a draft of <br />the Critical Areas Ordinance will be provided prior to the public hearing.
