Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />October 19th, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between <br />Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington. (Effective dates: <br />October 1, 2021-December 31, 2021) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement is in place between Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of <br />Central Washington (CHCW) The agreement allows CHCW to provide services for those eligible <br />in the Children with Special Health Care Needs program which is a part of the Maternal Child <br />Health Block Grant. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 10/04/2021 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 10/06/2021 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between <br />Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington.
