OCTOBER 4, 2021 <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Stephanie <br />Hartung, DPA III; and Kady Porterfield, Event Center Director. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 8:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. Action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 8:10 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was direction to Staff to draft a letter and bring it forward for <br />Board review and signature. <br /> Consider Chair Signature on a NACoRF Grant <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith reviewed the Grant contract with the Board. This <br />is for a national grant. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve and <br />authorize Chair signature on a NACoRF Grant. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned 8:25 a.m.
