KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, WEBEX <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM September 13, 2021 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; and Vice - <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br />Others In -Person: Dan Carlson, Community Development Services; <br />Mark Cook, Josh Fredrickson and Rebecca Cruse, Public Works; and <br />Jennifer Golladay, Auditors. <br />Others via WebEx: Commissioner Cory Wright, Neil Caulkins, <br />Prosecuting Attorney; Mike Flory, Community Development <br />Services; Candie Leader and Josh Fredrickson, Public works; <br />Jessica Miller, Community Development Services and three (3) <br />members of the public. <br />At 1:31 pm Chairman Wachsmith opened the Community Development <br />Services Study Session. <br />DISCUSSION/DECISION - FINALIZE ANNUAL DOCKET LIST <br />CDS Director Dan Carlson provided a summarization of the <br />finalized docket list for the annual update to our Comp Plan and <br />Development regulations. Vice -Chair Osiadacz moved to approve <br />the 2021 Docket List as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. <br />Discussion - none. Motion carried 3-0. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) - <br />At 1:40 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to evaluate the <br />qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to <br />review the performance of a public employee. However, subject to <br />RCS 42.30.140 (4), discussion by a governing body of salaries, <br />wages, and other conditions of employment to be generally <br />applied within the agency shall occur in a meeting open to the <br />public, and when a governing body elects to take final action <br />hiring, setting the salary of an individual employee or class of <br />employees, or discharging or disciplining an employee, that <br />action shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. <br />2021-9-13 MINUTES 1 <br />
