SEPTEMBER 17, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor, Greg Zempel, <br />Prosecutor; Lisa Young, HR Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 8:03 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced that the Board would <br />recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. Action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 8:18 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br />Direction given to Staff to proceed as originally directed. <br /> <br />There was discussion on if the Board would like to post the video <br />Commissioner Wright did on REET 2.
