Kottkamp for Hearing Examiner services. Mr. Kottkamp’s <br />compensation has remained at $130 per hour for professional services and $100 per <br />hour for travel since that date. Mr. Kottkamp is requesting an addendum to the PSA <br />in order to bring his compensation to his current rate of $200 per hour for <br />professional services and $125 per hour for travel. Mr. Kottkamp has provided <br />hearing examiner services Kittitas County for thirteen years and staff has reviewed <br />the proposed addendum with the Prosecutor’s Office and finds that the proposed <br />compensation is generally consistent with current attorneys’ fees for this type of <br />service. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Prosecutor’s Office, Auditor’s Office, and Community <br />Development Services <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve proposed Addendum to the Professional Services Agreement. <br /> <br />HANDLING: None <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Addendum to Agreement for Professional Services (Hearing Examiner) <br /> Original Professional Services Agreement <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director
