(Effective dates: July 1, 2020 -June 30, 2021) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA is established to establish subcontracted employment and day services for people with <br />developmental disabilities in Kittitas County per the county’s responsibilities as outlined in <br />attachments. <br /> -Amendment 1 amends the payment rate schedule in Attachment E <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 3/11/2021 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs Amendment 1 to the PSA between <br />Elmview and Kittitas County.
