<br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: July 6, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to authorize Board of County Commissioner's <br />signature executing the Independent Contractor Agreement <br />#2021-105MH with Central Washington Comprehensive <br />Mental Health. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Independent Contractor Agreement with Central <br />Washington Comprehensive Mental Health ("CWCMH") <br />provides for delivery and coordination of mental health <br />services in Kittitas County by allowing CWCMH to <br />contract directly with the Regional Service Provider, <br />Greater Columbia Behavioral Health (GCBH) to provide <br />the majority of mental health services in Kittitas County <br />according to the County's mental health strategic plan and <br />funding priorities. <br /> <br />This agreement is for $280,000 starting August 1, 2021 <br />through June 30, 2024. The $280,000 is the amount of <br />millage collected in previous years specifically for Mental <br />Health Services.
