WASHINGTONASSOCIATIONOFSHERIFFSANDPOLICECHIEFSINTERAGENCYAGREEMENT-SPECIFICTERMSANDCONDITIONSRegisteredSexOffenderAddressVerificationProgramThisAGREEMENTisenteredintobyandbetweentheWASHINGTONASSOCIATIONOFSHERIFFSANDPOLICECHIEFS(hereinafterreferredtoasWASPC)andtheKITTITASCOUNTYSHERIFF'SOFFICE(hereinafterreferredtoastheRECIPIENT).AwardRecipientNameandAddress:AgencyContact:ClayMyersKittitasCountySheriffsOfficeTitle:Sheriff307W.UmptanumRoadEllensburg,WA98926-6720ProjectTitleFundingCycleRegisteredSexOffenderAddressVerificationJuly1,2021-June30,2022AgreementNo:FundingAuthority:RSO2021-22KittitasWAAssociationofSheriffsandPoliceChiefsGrantAward:ServiceArea:$70,000.00KittitasCountyFUNDINGSOURCEFundingforthisAGREEMENTisprovidedtoWASPCthroughtheCriminalJusticeTrainingCommissionfromtheStateofWashington.FundingawardedtheRECIPIENTshallnotexceedtheamountshownontheawardletter.SCOPEOFSERVICESTheRECIPIENTshallusethefundsawardedtomeetthefollowingrequirements:•Face-to-faceverificationsofallregisteredoffendersbasedonthescheduleoutlinedintheawardletterandRCWs36.28A.230and9A.44.135.Anyagencynotmeetingatleast90%ofrequiredverificationswillnotreceivethatquarter'sgrantpayment.•QuarterlyreportwillbesubmittedelectronicallybyOctober10,2021,January10,2022,April10,2022,andJuly10,2022.Fundswillbedisbursedinequalallotmentseachquarter.QuarterlygrantreportsmustbereceivedbyWASPCpriortoquarterlygrantpaymentsbeingissuedtoyouragency.•In-personattendanceatleastoneOffenderWatchUserGroupandSONARCommitteeMeeting.MeetingdatesareJuly13,2021,October12,2021,January11,2022andApril12,2022.AgenciesthatdonotparticipateinatleastoneOffenderWatchUserGroupandSONARCommitteemeetinginpersonwillbepenalized10%ofthefinalquarter'sgrantpayment.•UptodateandaccuraterecordentriesintoOffenderWatch.AnyagencynotusingOffenderWatchtotrackverificationswillnotreceivethatquarter'sgrantpayment.INWITNESSWHEREOF,WASPCandRECIPIENTacknowledgeandacceptthetermsofthisAGREEMENTandattachmentshereto,andinwitnesswhereofhaveexecutedthisAGREEMENTasofthedateandyearwrittenbelow.TherightsandobligationsofbothpartiestothisAGREEMENTaregovernedbytheinformationonthisAwardSheetandLetterandotherdocumentsincorporatedherein.ForWASPCForRECIPIENTName:StevenD.StrachanName:ClayMyersTitle:ExecutiveDirectorTitle:SheriffAgency:WAAssn.ofSheriffs&PoliceChiefsAgency:KittitasCountySheriffsOfficeDate:Date:Signature:CASign
